The insurance desk verifies your cover before billing it. Today's online consultation fee is still paid by M-PESA to confirm your number.

Online booking terms

Your booking is confirmed only after the consultation fee is paid; you then get a ticket number.
Walk-in and online patients are served in one queue, in the order their numbers were confirmed (emergencies first).
Watch “people ahead of you” and be at the clinic when you are next. When your number is called you have 5 minutes to go in to the doctor.
If you miss your turn, the next number is called and you must rebook. Rebooking is free and you can rebook as many times as you need within 24 hours of the missed turn — each rebook starts afresh at the end of the queue.
If you do not rebook within 24 hours, the booking is cancelled.
This service is not for emergencies — come straight to the facility or call us.
